Dr Campbell-Lloyd has a sub-specialist interest in Microsurgery and Plastic Surgery of the Breast. After gaining his Fellowship (FRACS), Dr Campbell-Lloyd spent a further 18 months performing Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery exclusively with some of the most experienced and innovative Plastic Surgeons in Australia and London. Whilst in London, Dr Campbell-Lloyd was the Senior Microsurgery Fellow at the prestigious Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals, one of the largest cancer treatment centres in the United Kingdom.
Dr Campbell-Lloyd has developed particular expertise in DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) and PAP (profunda artery perforator) flap reconstruction of the breast, as well as in the use of implant-based techniques. Dr Campbell-Lloyd offers women the most advanced breast reconstruction techniques available, most of which can only be provided by a Plastic Surgeon with Dr Campbell-Lloyd’s training.
Dr Campbell-Lloyd also has extensive experience performing complex cosmetic breast surgery, including implant revision and explant (breast implant removal) surgery. These are two rapidly expanding areas of plastic surgery, and Dr Campbell-Lloyd remains at the forefront of this field, performing careful corrective surgery (commonly involving total capsulectomy and fat transfer) to allow women to enjoy natural, aesthetically pleasing results after these challenging procedures.
